Interactive Strategy Development

We'll start by reviewing your business and marketing plan to identify key drivers and learn everything we can about your target audience. We'll also ask "What do you really sell?" We'll also ask others within your organization about potential sales barriers and how they are overcome along with your customer service philosophy. Finally, we'll sit with your IT people to open up lines of communication and ensure that any strategy we recommend can be implemented within your hosting environment. The strategy will not be finalized until we have buy-in from key influencers within your organization.

Implementation

A strategy doesn't work if you can't implement it within your organization. After we get approval of the strategy, we'll work with your people to build it and build it right. We won't come to you with technical terms that you may not understand, we'll just ensure that it functions within your expectations. We do this by preparing a both a technical functions requirement document along with a functional specifications document. These documents tell your IT department what we need done and how we want it to work.

Measurement

Strategy and implementation don't mean anything if you can't measure the results and those results don't meet business objectives. After we developed the strategy and implemented the online program we'll work with you to provide you with metrics that you can understand and translate into business drivers. This means that you can clearly show a ROI for your online initiatives.
